Utility MATS Compliance
The Mercury and Air Toxics Standards (MATS) rule is coming. This rule has historically been called Utility MACT. The time to plan and implement your solution is now. Nalco Mobotec is a total Utility MACT solutions provider. We have solutions to control all Utility MACT regulated emissions: Hg, HCl, and PM. Nalco Mobotec experts can help you plan by taking baseline readings of your current pollutants and conducting full scale demonstration tests. Demonstration testing will help you decide with certainty which solutions are sound and financially viable prior to implementation.
Nalco Mobotec analysts can help you answer questions like:
- What are my current Hg, HCl and PM emissions?
- What are my options for compliance?
- What sorbent flow rates do I need?
- Will one solution impact other emissions?
- How will sorbents negatively affect my fly ash value?
- What is mercury re-emission in w-FGDs?
The Nalco Mobotec Utility MACT solutions:
- Mercury - Nalco Mobotec MerControl® Systems and/or Activated Carbon injection systems
- HCl - Nalco Mobotec Dry Sorbent Injection (DSI)
